Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change, and we always strive to be flexible. However, to ensure fairness and respect for our coaches’ time, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session price.
   
• No-shows (missed sessions without any notice) will also be charged the full session price.
   
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any charge, and we will happily work with you to reschedule.
